His responsibilities include performing sales/business development for Master Licensee in franchise sales, implementing and tracking all Master Licensee lead generation efforts, as well as identifying which markets to open and penetrate for franchise sales and coach coverage.

Prior to Mass Mutual, Gary was a Managing Partner at New York Life Insurance Company. During his eight years, he received the President’s Trophy and Partner’s Round Table awards. He qualified four consecutive times for the company’s prestigious award “View From The Top” for case rate, premium increase, and most importantly recruiting – the only office to do so. In addition, Gary was recognized as one of the Top Five Recruiters in the Northeast.
