Harrisburg, PA—ActionCOACH Business Coaching recently hosted its annual national conference in Las Vegas, Nevada. Among over 300 attendees was the ActionCOACH of Central Pennsylvania firm, a local ActionCOACH franchise. Their nine member coaching firm, comprised of 7 coaches that are all previous or current business owners, was recognized at the conference as the North American Firm of the Year, which includes over 340 coaching franchises in Canada, US and Mexico.

The Lancaster/Harrisburg Coaching Practice is comprised of coaches Paul Currie, Brian Dombach, Thom Finn, Tim Rooney, Marcia Rynearson, Graham Side and Jeff Witmer. The firm operates in Lancaster, Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties and currently coaches over 70 local businesses.

Coach Thom Finn, was awarded awards for Client Results as well as Client Awards. Finn stated “I’m very grateful and honored to receive the award but it’s really a reflection on my clients. Where they may be pleased with the results we bring to profits, and they way I show a positive return on their investment so quickly, I think the one thing they value-and maybe without realizing it- is the accountability and focus I bring. I know I can be a pain at times- but it’s this relentless accountability that channels their resources to bring us success.” This is the 2nd year in a row Coach Thom has been awarded The North American Awards who has one of the highest retention rates of clients/client satisfaction scores of any coach in North America.

Coach Brian Dombach won Coaches Choice Award for Seminar Presenter of the Year for North America. Coach Brian points out “Receiving this award is such an honor.
