Lancaster, PA—ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business and executive coaching firm, hosted its 2009 Americas Regional Conference at the Aliante Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This high-profile event culminated into an Awards Dinner to honor the company’s highest performers in the region.

The ActionCOACH business coaching firm in Pennsylvania was selected to receive the “Firm of the Year” award. 

The Lancaster/Harrisburg Coaching Practice is comprised of coaches Paul Currie, Brian Dombach, Thom Finn, Mike Greene, David Johnson, Tim Rooney, Marcia Rynearson, Graham Side and Jeff Witmer. The firm operates in Lancaster, Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties and currently coaches over 70 local businesses.

ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award.

Co-partner and CEO of the firm, Marcia Rynearson expressed how this award validated the fact that there are opportunities even in a recession.

Rynearson also talked about the firm’s plans for 2009.
